  Latin American on the front loud and proud. Local spot, hole in the wall with quality. Extremely Affordable prices, especially for having a home cooked meal from the sweetest woman. The owner is friendly and does every position with her daughter joining her to help later in the evening! Talk about someone who has passion!
  
  Food, food, and food! Order empanadas and croquetas and she cooks to order!
  Croquetas flavors: Jamon (ham), bacalao (cod fish), pollo (chicken), or queso (cheese)
  
  Coffee and food specials are perfect. Been open for a year, congratulations we definitely will be back for everything else she has to offer at Abuela's Kitchen. Truly, reminds me of my grandmothers loving home cooked meals.

  I ordered the baby churrasco medium well. I received a very small piece of meat ever for the "baby" churrasco. More than half of it was all gristle and fat which is completely inedible. The rest of the meat was way over cooked and extremely tough.
  
  I got 2 sides- tostones and casava in mojo.
  
  There were 2 tostones which were either frozen or re-heated and 2 1/2 small pieces of the casava
  
  Even if they gave me this meat for free I would not have eaten it.

  I'm very happy I found this restaurant in the area! The food, service and prices are great.
  
  I've ordered twice from them and the food was delicious, will definitely be back.
  
  The first time I ordered thru UberEats a churrasco with congrí and french fries and when it arrived I was in heaven. It was nicely cooked and the seasoning was on point.
  The second time I ordered a palomilla steak also with congrí and french fries and it was super yummy too!
  
  On their menu they have variety of Cuban dishes including breakfast which looks awesome.
  
  Janet, the owner is very attentive and the customer service is excellent. Great Cuban restaurant!

  Great Cuban food, large portions. Very easy and quick delivery to aventura via Uber eats. Highly recommend

  I visited this place with some apprehension, as there were only 10 reviews on Yelp and the pictures posted so far don't look that great. I can only say that this place is a hidden gem!! Don't be fooled by the tiny place and the not so good looking exterior. The food is as Cuban as it can be, fresh and flavorful and service was excellent. I went to this place because I was in the area, but I will definitely be coming back! Great food at amazing prices.
